1. What is Raw Psyche?

Raw Psyche is a multidimensional healing space, in which part herbal apothecary, part spiritual sanctuary, part scientific exploration of the human body’s chemistry, neurology, and natural intelligence. We blend the ancient wisdom of plant medicine with modern understandings of the nervous system, hormonal pathways, neurotransmitters, inflammation cycles, somatic trauma patterns, and the mind-body connection.

It is the meeting place between intuition and biology, energy and anatomy, ritual and chemistry.

3. How does Raw Psyche’s medicine work?

Raw Psyche formulations are built to work on multiple layers of the body at once:

Physical:
Supports hormonal communication, inflammation reduction, circulation, digestion, lymphatic flow, and the nervous system’s ability to regulate stress chemistry.

Neurological:
Certain herbs influence neurotransmitters like serotonin, GABA, acetylcholine, and dopamine. Many blends are intentionally crafted to help with focus, calm, mood balance, and cognitive clarity.

4. Are your products safe?

All Raw Psyche products use natural, plant-based, vegan-friendly ingredients. However, every body is unique. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or have medical conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

Always read the ingredient list. Discontinue immediately if irritation occurs.

5. Are the products FDA-approved?

No. Herbal products are not FDA-approved, and Raw Psyche does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our formulations are based on traditional herbal knowledge, emerging scientific research, and lived healing experience.

6. How should I store my tinctures and herbal products?

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate unless a product specifically instructs you to do so. Keep tightly sealed for maximum potency.

7. How long do tinctures last?

Alcohol-based tinctures generally last several years.
Glycerin-based tinctures last 1–2 years when stored properly.
Powders, teas, and infused oils should be used within 6–12 months.

8. How long will it take to feel results?

Every persons body is different. Some people feel results within minutes to hours (especially with nervous system and womb formulas). Others notice changes within days or weeks. Consistency matters.

Remember: herbalism supports the body’s natural chemistry, it is not a synthetic “quick fix", and shouldn't be used as such.

10. Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of handcrafted consumable products, we cannot accept returns. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery.

11. How long does shipping take?

Due to most of our products being handmade after the order is placed to assure freshness and integrity, it may take more time for your item to be shipped than initially quoted. please do not be alarmed as we will always do our best and put your satisfaction at the forefront of our products and services.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International customers are responsible for customs fees and import duties.

13. Are your products handmade?

Every single item, tinctures, teas, powders, oils, and blends are handcrafted in small batches with intention and precision. We do not mass-produce anything.

14. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All ingredients are vegan, plant-based, and ethically sourced. No animal testing, ever.

15. Do your products contain preservatives or fillers?

No. Raw Psyche formulas are pure plant extracts, glycerites, alcohol tinctures, oils, or herbs. No fillers, artificial preservatives, or unnecessary additives. The only place there could be filler is in our vegan capsules. (please regard all info when purchasing.)

16. What makes your formulas “felt” formulas?

Our blends are intentionally crafted to activate physical sensation: warmth, grounding, cooling, relaxing, opening, or energizing, depending on the formula.

Some blends intentionally stimulate circulation, uterine blood flow, lymphatic drainage, or neurochemical modulation, which creates noticeable effects.

This is herbalism designed to connect you back to your body.

17. Can men use Raw Psyche products?

Yes. Many blends support male hormonal balance, libido, stamina, prostate health, nervous system function, and mental clarity.

Raw Psyche supports ALL bodies.

18. Can I use multiple tinctures together?

Yes — most Raw Psyche formulas are designed to complement each other.
However, listen to your body and start slowly, and if you have any concerns, consult with a medical professional or Raw Psyche regarding which tinctures complement the others and which do not complement, as well.

19. How do I take a tincture?

Most tinctures can be taken directly under the tongue or added to water or tea. Specific instructions vary by product and are written on each label.

20. Do you offer wholesale or partnership opportunities?

At this time, Raw Psyche focuses on small-batch, direct-to-the-client healing and does not offer wholesale. We can, however, produce very large orders or special massive quantities given a reasonable amount of time to produce it. Regarding wholesale, Collaborations may open in the future.
